No setup fee on Starter and Pro. Business and Enterprise include a one-time onboarding ($199) covering catalog import, AI training, and phone number provisioning.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
You're only charged the listed overage rate per call minute or message. No surprise upgrades — you stay on your tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle. Your phone number stays active for 30 days for porting.
Do you support languages other than Arabic?
Arlox is bilingual Arabic/English by default. Other languages available on Business and Enterprise.
